		<description>Not the dreaded shin splints! I hate those joints. I say take one or  two days off to heal. That is what I did this past weekend (mainly because we took a trip to Orlando). But the rest did me good. My shins sometimes hurt, too. The rest really helped them out. I have noticed, too, that I seemingly have better luck when I workout in just my bare feet. I don&#039;t know, but it seems to be less stress on my shins and ankles. I am not recommending it, but it is just something I notice works for me.</description>
