Day 5: Insanity (Pure Cardio)

This workout is probably going to be my 2nd favorite b/c Shaun T. takes you through a series of about 5 routines (yes, back to back) and he really works you out. It’s really hard to get through EACH individual exercise without stopping. Even though the folks who are in mad shape on the DVD (and message boards) talk about how they’re not able to get through the whole thing without falling out.

At the end of the DVD, right before the warmup begins, Shaun T. is laid out on the floor and says “This shit is bananas!” They beeped it out, of course but it was still hilarious.

Tomorrow is day 6 and back to the plyometric cardio joint. Monday, I WILL start my two a days, without question. Just gotta figure out a definite schedule.

Ohh, you have to keep me updated. I was thinking about buying this product b/c it says it works so fast && has you up and sweating! I’m excited to hear what your results will be.
