Day 19: Insanity (Pure Cardio + Cardio Abs)

I got this workout done late! I accidentally fell asleep while watching SOMETHING on TV and by the time I woke up, it was like 11 something. Never again! I already “feel” myself getting into bed at the wee hours of the morning. I have a LOT of work to do tomorrow. I mean a LOT! Seriously…

Anyway, I got my work out done! Pure Cardio + Cardio Abs! I’m happy about that. I wanted to go for a run this morning but it was so nasty outside (and it rained for a while) that I let go of that thought!

I am not even working out and I really should I am now 185 even though I dont look like it. I just shook off my lazy spell from graduation so it is time to get on my grind I need to drop 30 pounds by new years so that I can be on the beach looking sexxxxxyyyyy.

While we are discussing about topics relevant to she.so.fly » » Day 19: Insanity (Pure Cardio + Cardio Abs), The idea of using a different weight has been suggested but in order for a body part to grow it must be overloaded. I’d let the non-dominate side dictate the weight. Or have a spotter help you out. I usually start the set off with my right (being I’m left handed) so that I know when I’ve reached failure.
