Just Messy

Welp, I have finally taken the time to sit down and do a blog post on my personal site. I will never ever neglect this (I’m sure the folks at Youtube are saying “Well what about us” right about now! Ha! I’m coming!).

Update on Insanity: I have not done Insanity in almost a week. Why? The stomping. One too many damn complaints and I’m like…I gotta wait until I move. So that is over. I think I’m going to find something that’s a little less involved but still tough. Any suggestions? Post it on the comments.

People make me sick. No really, they do. Since blogging in 2004, I’ve come across so many types of people, most of which were very easy to get along with…others? Too arrogant and bitter about SOMETHING to ever really socialize with. The type of back and forth bullshit that you see going on with bloggers on Twitter, messageboards or even their own blogs is enough to discourage ANYBODY thinking of joining in on the ‘fun.’ I say…continue being encouraged. Despite what may be given, everybody is not the same. There are genuinely some really cool, down to Mars folks who you can learn a lot from. I always say that the best thing you can do is attempt to teach yourself as much as you can. You don’t want to overwhelm anyone with your lack of preparation.

It just bothers me that some people are so ‘angry’ about others and how they handle their business on their domain. Here’s my thing…if you’re paying for your domain, space and being compensated for YOUR time on YOUR blog, why in the hell does it matter how someone else is handling their business? It’d be different if another’s blogging process impacted your own but since it generally doesn’t, I don’t understand the chatter. It’s useless. Although I’m certain I’ll be stoned for using this as an example….Rappers are always talking about “We gettin’ money over here.” I took that as meaning two things…

#1. They’re balling out of control and

#2. They’re only worried about their own bread

And that’s the way it should be. To the up and coming bloggers, I’m just as new to the ENTERTAINMENT side of blogging as you are. I’ve had a personal blog of my own since 2004 and will continue blogging even if the entertainment side begins to lack fulfillment for me. No matter what ANYONE says, remember…there’s more than one way to skin a cat. Sure, one way may be more efficient than the other and another may require less time on your part. But at the end of the day, a skinned cat is just that.

Continue doing you no matter what your detractors say. The best thing you can do is prove them wrong.

Peace!

as long as You “eat’n” Queen… Do You! Cuz You do it better Than any one else ever could. Keep talk’n about issues not people while them “tampons” ie “haters” try to stop yo flow rather than figure out a nice way to ask “which way do we go?” cuz they gotta long way to go to get to where you been. Since 04 I know the only thing you’ve forgotten is How to: Quit!

Speak your peace, Talk your shit
