So…later today will make approximately 15 days since I started my 90 day program while continuing to work out and eat the way I should. Surprisingly, I haven’t had any cravings…and for someone who’s addicted to things like sweet tea and soda, I’d say that’s a great thing.

So, I’ve been ‘changing my life’ for approximately 12 days now. In that 12 days, I’m down 8.1 lbs. Although I can see a difference, I think that its more to do with inches lost than actual weight. Why is it that you lose hella inches before you lose weight?

I swear, writing things down and letting them out always helps me to feel a little better. Even though I sometimes feel that I share too much in my writing, it’s something that helps me. Of course today wouldn’t be any different. Super annoyed with people who run businesses.

I’ve been saying for a while that I wanted to try Bikram. If you’re not familiar with the practice, you can click HERE to read more about it. In short, you’re in a room set to 100+ degrees and you do a series of 26 poses (TWICE) for 90 full minutes.
