So I’ve officially been working out and ‘shakin’ it up’ for 24 days now. I’m very surprised that I’ve managed to stick to it this long. Yes, I consider almost a month a long time. Most people let go of their ‘diets’ after a week or two. But I’ve really been focused…and this makes me [...]
So…later today will make approximately 15 days since I started my 90 day program while continuing to work out and eat the way I should. Surprisingly, I haven’t had any cravings…and for someone who’s addicted to things like sweet tea and soda, I’d say that’s a great thing.
So, I’ve been ‘changing my life’ for approximately 12 days now. In that 12 days, I’m down 8.1 lbs. Although I can see a difference, I think that its more to do with inches lost than actual weight. Why is it that you lose hella inches before you lose weight?
I really hate when I get in my groove and feel ‘into’ whatever it is that I’m doing, only for ‘sickness’ to come along.
So I went to bed at a semi-reasonable hour. I guess that Bikram yoga class got to me. It really did help to relax me like nothing else I had ever experienced before. But probably at about 3am or so, I got this weird craving for ritz crackers. And at 3:01, I was in my [...]
